The main components of an LED display screen include display modules, a control system, and a power supply system. The display module is the basic unit that constitutes the screen image, consisting of LED beads, circuit boards, and a housing. Its pixel pitch, brightness, and resolution directly affect the display effect. Different module specifications are suitable for different viewing distances and application scenarios, making it one of the key configurations determining screen performance.

The control system is the "brain" of the LED display screen, mainly composed of sending cards, receiving cards, control software, and related signal equipment. It is responsible for receiving, processing, and transmitting image and video signals and accurately displaying the content on the screen. The performance of the control system affects the screen refresh rate, color reproduction, and display stability, making it a critical aspect of the display screen configuration.

Power supply and structural configuration are also indispensable components. The driver power supply provides stable power support to the display screen, ensuring continuous operation; the cabinet structure, mounting brackets, and heat dissipation system are responsible for fixing, protecting, and dissipating heat, improving the overall safety and lifespan of the unit. A reasonable configuration not only enhances the display effect but also ensures the long-term stable operation of the LED display screen.
