Routine maintenance primarily involves simple checks and cleaning. Every day or before and after each use, observe the display screen for bright spots, dark spots, color anomalies, or flickering. Also check the power supply and signal strength. In outdoor environments, check for dust, rainwater residue, or poor heat dissipation to ensure the equipment is operating safely.
Monthly or quarterly maintenance focuses on systematic checks. Typically, every 1 to 3 months, a comprehensive inspection of the power system, control system, connecting cables, and modules is required. Tighten loose parts, clean internal dust, and test brightness, refresh rate, and color consistency, addressing any potential issues promptly. For high-frequency use locations, such as advertising screens or stage screens, this interval can be shortened.
Annual maintenance is a more in-depth process, generally performed every 6 to 12 months. This includes a comprehensive inspection of the driver power supply performance, module aging, cabinet structural stability, and cooling system efficiency, replacing or upgrading components as necessary. Regular, tiered maintenance effectively extends the lifespan of the LED display screen and maintains long-term stable display performance.
