Storage areas should be kept dry and well-ventilated, avoiding moisture and condensation, as moisture can easily cause short circuits on circuit boards or corrosion of components. Temperature should be controlled within a suitable range to avoid damage to LED chips, drivers, and control cards from high or low temperatures. Keep away from direct sunlight or high-temperature heat sources to prevent cabinet deformation or component aging.

 

Electronic components should ideally be stored in anti-static packaging, such as anti-static bags, foam, or bubble wrap, to prevent static electricity from damaging precision components such as control cards and modules. Modules and cabinets should be covered with dust covers to prevent dust, oil, or foreign objects from falling in and affecting later installation.

 

Components should be neatly stacked and categorized, with heavy items at the bottom and light items on top to avoid compression and deformation. Vulnerable parts such as cabinets, modules, and drivers should be clearly labeled for easy inventory management and regular inspection. Regularly check inventory and promptly dispose of any damp, damaged, or aged components to ensure that every component functions correctly during installation.
