The manufacturing process for different components of an LED display screen varies. Taking LED modules as an example, the first step is the design and fabrication of the PCB board. Then, LED chips, resistors, capacitors, and other components are precisely soldered onto the PCB board using surface mount technology (SMT). Reflow soldering and aging tests are then performed to ensure stable brightness and color consistency for each pixel.

In the production of the driver power supply and control system, the focus is on circuit design and precision assembly. After SMT and component soldering, the PCB board undergoes functional testing and high-temperature aging tests to verify its stability under different voltage and load conditions. Meanwhile, the outer casing is typically formed using stamping or die casting processes, followed by surface treatment to improve heat dissipation and protection.

The manufacturing of the cabinet structure and auxiliary accessories leans more towards machining processes. Aluminum alloys or steel are cut, bent, welded, or die-cast, and then treated with spraying or anodizing to improve corrosion resistance and appearance. Throughout the production process, rigorous testing procedures are implemented, such as waterproofing, vibration, and aging tests, to ensure the reliability and durability of the final product in practical applications.
